Happy Holidays from the Josef Korbel School’s Graduate Admissions Office

The holiday season is certainly here; the hallways are deserted, cookies and candies are plentiful and applications to our graduate programs are piling up in record numbers!

Our admissions review process is now underway and we will be notifying applicants of the committee’s decision as early as mid January. Keep in mind that the University of Denver will be closed from Friday, December 25th until Monday, January 4th at which time we will be out and about, enjoying the dry, sunny climate here in Colorado…snowshoeing, tearing up the slopes at Breckenridge and Vail and time away from the office.

As a result, we will not be checking emails /voice messages or processing mail but you can check the status of your application online via DU’s MyWeb (http://myweb.du.edu). Select “Apply for Admission” and log in with the username and pass code you used to complete your application. The application summary provides detailed information about both received items and missing requirements. Please remember that it takes approximately 2-3 business days to process documents upon receipt.

On behalf of the staff here in the Graduate Admissions Office at the Josef Korbel School, I want to wish you a wonderful holiday and a happy, healthy and harmonious New Year.  We look forward to serving you and your application needs in 2010.

Warm wishes,
Nicole
